Why can I see no mention of cash back in my account?
After you’ve made a purchase through the site, it can take a few days for your cash back to show. If you’ve waited more than 7 days and still can’t see a transaction on your Earnings page, then we might need to have a look into it for you. Please file a Missing Cash back Inquiry if this applies to you.
Why has my cash back been declined? What can I do?
When your cash back is declined, this means that the retailer has marked your purchase as being ineligible for cash back. This is normally because you’ve either returned or cancelled your purchase, or in some other way not met the merchant’s terms and conditions for cash back. If you can’t think of a reason why your cashback might have been declined, then please file a Missing Cash back Inquiry and we’ll look into it for you.
Why is there a wait before my cash back is paid?
After your cash back has tracked, it is typically around 3 months before your cash back becomes ‘payable’ and is ready to withdraw. We’ll always make your cash back ‘payable’ as soon as we can, but it does take a few months for the funds to reach us from the retailer, before we can pass them onto you.
