Why can I see no mention of cashback in my account?
After you’ve made a purchase through the site, it can take a few days for your cashback to show. If you’ve waited more than 7 days and still can’t see a transaction on your Earnings page, then we might need to have a look into it for you. Please file a Missing Cashback Inquiry if this applies to you.
Why has my cashback been declined? What can I do?
When your cashback is declined, this means that the retailer has marked your purchase as being ineligible for cashback. This is normally because you’ve either returned or cancelled your purchase, or in some other way not met the merchant’s terms and conditions for cashback. If you can’t think of a reason why your cashback might have been declined, then please file a Missing Cashback Inquiry and we’ll look into it for you.
Why is there a wait before my cashback is paid?
After your cashback has tracked, it is typically around 3 months before your cashback becomes ‘payable’ and is ready to withdraw. We’ll always make your cashback ‘payable’ as soon as we can, but it does take a few months for the funds to reach us from the retailer, before we can pass them onto you.
