Providing you have some transactions which have become Payable, you can request a payout at any time.
To do this, please go to the Redeem section of your account where you will then see the available payout options and the amount due.
Simply press the Payable button on your chosen method of payout.
Sometimes you will find that a particular payout method is not available. This may be due to a restriction stated on the merchant’s page, and in this case you'd be able to use the 'part payout' feature on the page to split this up by merchant to use a particlar method. This could also be because you don’t have relevant payout details entered on your My Profile page such as PayPal or ACH details. If this is the case, the amounts will be greyed out but you can hover over the information icon next to it' further details, or submit a support ticket if you would like more information.
You may also need to do a 'part payout' and split this up by merchant to use a particlar method.
